❤ PAYMENT POLICY ❤

Payment is due at the time of your appointment when you arrive. We do not give refunds unless we are unable to serve you.

❤ CANCELLATION & RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES POLICY ❤

• Please let us know 24 hours before hand if you need to cancel an appointment
• We will wait no more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time before we cancel and reschedule your appointment to a later date
• After more than 2 missed appointments without prior cancelation, we will terminate your services, and you will have to find another clinic. If you have already paid, we do not give refunds.
• We have the right to deny services to anyone for any reason, including missed appointments, clinic rule breaking, harassment of staff, etc.

❤ PRIVACY STATEMENT ❤

Our birthing and examination areas are subdivided, fully private and can only be accessed via your access list & proper group tag. General visitors cannot "peak/cam in" or wander into the birth and exam areas without given permission. Privacy is 100% guaranteed with all of our individual and full services. With our full services, we will be asking you during your visits if you wish to add or remove anybody from your access list.

Patient records are for staff and your viewing only and it is up to you if you wish to share your exam reports and birthing plans with others.

When you become an established patient with us, you will receive ALL services included above, plus the following below

TERMS:
• Services are NON REFUNDABLE unless the clinic is unable to complete your services. In the case that the clinic is unable to continue care, you will be compensated in partial for the time that isn't used.
• Package fee covers ONE pregnancy. If you get pregnant again in the future, you will have to pay for new services or package fee.
