WHAT METHODS OF CHILD BIRTH DO YOU OFFER?
We now offer three methods of birth. In our Clinic, our most popular method is in our Tub Room where water births are performed. Tub is big enough to fit mother, partner and doctor and the room is big enough for a small sized family to be there for the birth of the child, we also offer "River Birth" for an outdoor birth in our river stream. Our third option is in our "Bed Room" which is a bed birth. This is not to be confused with a hospital bed, there are no stirrups, straps, thin blankets or 1,000 cords and machines. Mom is free to move around, get in any comfortable position that she wants to be in, while still having support from her partner and family members. Our bed is just like your bed at home, but is made to comfortably accompany both mom and her partner during her birth journey.

WHAT MAKES THE BIRTH HOUSE DIFFERENT FROM A HOSPITAL?
The Birth House's mission is to offer an environment that is closest to a family home atmosphere. This means we steer clear of the stressful environments of a hospital by eliminating the ambiance as much as possible. Our building is actually located inside of a residential home to make it seem more home like. Our atmosphere is perfect for families who dislike hospitals and want a more traditional approach to childbirth.

DOES THE CLINIC PROVIDE A PRIM BABY FOR ME?

It is the patients responsibility to purchase/have a prim baby before you arrive for your scheduled delivery. We do not provide special prim babies such as Zooby, Funsies or any of the "premium" babies other than the baby that is used during childbirth RP. It's very important that these things are planned with the information your physician has provided you weeks before your due date along with your birth plan. If you cannot afford a prim baby, we carry a free prim baby fat pack in Pregnancy & Maternity Systems Center shop.

IS THIS CLINIC LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

Absolutely. We are trained to accommodate people of all walks of life. We have a very strict anti discrimination policy and will take reports of this very seriously, as discrimination is also against Linden Labs TOS.

I AM A NON-BINARY/NOT FEMALE AVATAR AN WISH TO GET PREGNANT, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, this is possible. Get in contact with us and we will discuss your options.

DOES MY BABY GET A BIRTH CERTIFICATE? 
All of our patients receive complimentary memento's after their child is born! Each child born gets one of each of these items & copies are sent to both you and your partner! Take a look at everything each parent receives: 

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE 
    - 1 Mesh Framed Birth Certificate to hang in your home {1LI}
    (Modify & Copy)
    - 1 Texture of your child's birth certificate to keep in your records (FULL PERMS)
- DETAILED MEDICAL RECORD & BIRTH SUMMARY
    - This notecard will contain a detailed record of your entire birth, including time of birth, baby's weight and length, health status of your child, as well as events that occurred during your childbirth experience so you can look back in time! Perfect for time capsules and birthdays!

 

DO YOU OFFER PAIN RELIEF?
We do not use modern medicine in The Birth House. However, we have a pharmacy we keep on hand specially made for pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal that will help you before, during and after the stages of childbirth. If you demand a modern painkiller such as Epidural, we will have to rush you to a different facility. But we do not suggest you do this because it is an emergent situation. 

 

WHAT IF I NEED A C-SECTION?
This is very rare. But our staff is trained in case of an event where we will need to perform an emergency C-Section. 

 

CAN I HAVE MY BABY AT HOME?
Yes. All of our physicians are equipped to assist you at home. Please make sure your physician is added to your parcel security and has a group tag to your land at least 24 hours before your scheduled due date.

 

CAN MY FAMILY BE PRESENT DURING MY APPOINTMENTS AND THE BIRTH OF MY CHILD?
Please let us know before your appointment if you are bringing anyone. In the case of your due date, let me know at least a week in advanced so we have the resources to accommodate them. Please make sure everyone is healthy and free of illnesses. 

 

MAY I SEE THE FACILITY BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT?
Facility tours are available to everyone and are also available virtually on our website.

WHAT DO I WEAR WHEN IT'S TIME?
Please wear a two piece, comfortable outfit. You will have to remove your bottoms before examinations and during labor & delivery

 

I HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER/FILMER FOR THE DAY OF MY BIRTH...
Let me know in advanced if you have a photographer and who they are so I can accommodate them. 

 

DO YOU OFFER PATERNITY TESTING?
We offer paternity testing by appointment only.

 

I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND WANT TO GET PREGNANT....
We offer artificial insemination services here at the clinic and have the technology to successfully get a positive result in just a few days. Get in contact with us if this interests you.

 

I'VE DECIDED I CAN'T KEEP MY BABY...
